Stone Trenches is committed to transparency and accountability in all fundraising activities.

Use of Donations

Donations support our mission, including but not limited to:

• Youth sports programming

• Equipment and uniforms

• Scholarships and financial assistance

• Community outreach initiatives

• Organizational operations

Funds are used at the discretion of the organization to best fulfill our mission.

Tax Deductibility

Stone Trenches intends to operate as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding deductibility.

Donation Receipts

Receipts will be provided for all donations. Electronic receipts are typically sent via email.

Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered if:

• An error occurred during the donation process

• A duplicate donation was made

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation.

We do not sell, trade, or share donor information with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing.
