We document the journey and hard work of our athletes to inspire the community. Please fill out the release agreement below to grant permission for photographic and video coverage during our events and be included on our website, social media and fundraising efforts.

For athletes younger than high school age, Stone Trenches will not share content unless the child is in full uniform (with helmet when applicable).

- The organization owns the media once its created

- Personal contact information nor sensitive details will ever be published

- Media will be used in a respectful and appropriate manner
